Emergency Services Solutions, LLC was formed to address the huge need of fire and EMS departments struggling with organizational challenges, rapid community growth, staffing issues, and poor leadership. ESS brings business minded individuals with current experience in association management and emergency services together to provide a more comprehensible and effective delivery service model to the community.

Chris Barron has a 31 year proven track record of successful leadership in state association management and emergency services and has assisted organizations in Texas and beyond to improve the leadership, department image and service delivery models. Chief Barron currently serves as the Chief of a municipal fire department just south of Austin, Texas and has used his business degrees to bring about much needed changes in the service delivery of emergency care to the citizens of his local community. Chief Barron's highlights include:

15 Year Executive Director of the State Firefighters' and Fire Marshals' Association of Texas (retired)
International Fire Chief of the Year Award Recipient
Successfully leading an all volunteer department transition to a paid department

Successfully authoring/managing numerous Department of Homeland Security grants
Successfully improving the local fire departments ISO PPC Class from a class 7/9 to a single Class 2
